Various Welfare Unit sizes are available including 20ft x 8ft, 24ft x 9ft & 26ft x 10ft complete with Hot & Cold running water - 110 & 240 volt power outlets and separate drying area.

Welfare Units come with - 7.5 KVA to 26 KVA super silenced generators - Easy accessible effluent discharge tank - Heavy duty boostamatic water pump - Insulated window shutters - Wrap around hinge window shutters - Choice of colours and interior linings.

Layout Options

Current Welfare Unit options include 4, 6 or 12 person seating, easy wipe table tops, 5ltr 2kw water heater, single drainer stainless steel sinks, fridges and microwaves, dual flush toilets and elbow wash hand basins to be HSE compliant.

Electrical & Plumbing fit

Electrics to IEE 17th Edition with all distribution boards with MCB's and RCD. All Gas fitting CORGI approved.
